AHMEN: Mobility Cart is “a God send” for Alford
Jul 02 2021
From Linda Tripp:
Alford of Polytilly Bight on the island of Roatan (off the northern coast of Honduras) will have an easier way of making income since getting his “mini mart” Mobility Cart from Mobility Worldwide. He will sell cassava bread and watermelons. Cassava root is a tuber native to South and Central America. After being dug it is peeled, mashed, fermented, and sun dried. Salt and water are added to this flour texture and shaped into a flat, rounded mixture which is cooked over a home-made stove. This flat bread is similar to a cracker. Having this cooler atop Alford’s cart will make it much easier for him to transport to the area he sells the bread. Losing a leg to diabetes he has had to have help with mobility. Now the cart is “a God send” he says.
